1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlucoHome. By using the platform, you grant us permission to securely sync your Dexcom continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data via the official Dexcom API.

2. Community Features & Data

GlucoHome includes a crowd-sourced food catalog and a diabetic restaurant map. Information provided by the community (such as carbohydrate counts, serving sizes, or glucose spike ratings) is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted data. Always verify nutritional information independently if you are unsure.

3. AI Predictions

Our predictive AI mechanism estimates the likelihood of a low glucose event based on your historical data, optional demographic profile, and community meal correlations. These predictions are mathematical estimates and are not guaranteed. You must continue to monitor your blood glucose independently.

4. Smart Home "Life Light"

The Smart Home "Life Light" integration requires a continuous internet connection. Delays in network connectivity, Dexcom API outages, or Google Home service interruptions may prevent the light from updating. It should not be used as the sole method of monitoring a patient's glucose levels.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kl8techgroup and GlucoHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, profits, or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
